I can’t believe that we are in the last weeks of August. School is just around the corner, and so are my iPhone and iPad courses!
This Fall I am offering 8 iPhone and iPad courses at 2 recreation centers. Based on feedback from participants, I am trying a new format for some of the courses – slightly shorter classes, spread over 3 weeks instead of 2. This will give us a chance to practice the new things we learn, ask questions, and explore more topics.
I’ve also added a few courses to explore new topics. One is a Communication course, where we will explore many texting tips and techniques, keyboard tips, and features of the Mail (email) app. We will also have a look at other communication apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. I’ve also added two new photo courses: Creating a Photo Album where we will learn how to create a digital photo album on an iPhone/iPad (which can then be printed and enjoyed!) and a Holiday Photo Cards course where we will use our device to create digital photo cards for the holidays. I’m excited to add these new courses to my offerings!
